The parcel may be used for typical commercial uses and as it has a direct easement for runway access, it could be used in conjunction with a residence. Lodging, bed and breakfast, restaurant are other potential uses. Per the Covenants: 1 retail business to serve residential Lots, including but not limited to automobile filling or service stations, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, bakeries, clothing stores, day care centers, or recreational or sport shops. No commercial aircraft fueling stations shall be permitted on any Commercial Lot, Lot 1 or Lot 3. Multi-family rental is also allowed.
